1. “I have a friend that knows everything about computers and can fix this for me for free. Why should I pay you to do it?”
Answer: I have years of experience in this industry. With frequent training and keeping up with the latest technology and threats, I am able to identify problems quickly. I have worked on a lot of the same problems everyday, day after day, for many years. You are paying for my knowledge and years of experience in the industry.
2. “The computer store down the street charges less to fix my computer, why are you more?"
Answer: My prices are industry competitive. I charge what I believe is fair to the customer, while still making a living. I try to clearly show you in where the problem was/is in order to possibly prevent it from re-occurring. The unique one on one experience you will receive at Microdyne will educate you; thereby hopefully of saving you money in the future.
3. “I can buy a computer at another store for $300.00 and your charging this much for this? All I do is basic things and don't need all that fancy stuff."
Answer: In most cases, you get what you pay for. A $300.00 computer is just that. Typically these computers come with very light duty, inexpensive processors which are painfully slow once you get your computer home and load your software.
Even if you only require the basics, we build your computer so that it functions properly, even for the little you do use it for. Microdyne also allows you the benefit of personalized support and we are willing to take the extra time to help you when you need it.
